Clare PPN’s Monster well-being survey project has been launched and will run until November 30th 2016. There are two separate surveys, one for community groups and one for individuals who live in County Clare. The surveys will take about 15 minutes and we have great prizes of 5 x €200 One for All vouchers for the individual surveys and one €1000.00 voucher for equipment or services for community groups in the group section.
