Do you know any great young people from County Clare? 

An Garda Siochana in association with Shannon Airport announced the Second Annual Clare Garda Division Youth Awards. Last year they said they received a great response and had very worthy recipients of the awards.

An Garda Siochana in Co Clare are aware that young people are carrying out excellent work in the communities and should be recognised for their efforts, the purpose of these awards is to recognise that positive and valuable contribution young people make to their communities in the Clare Garda Division. They are now seeking nominations of deserving young persons between the ages of 14 to 19. Completed forms should be returned to the Community Policing Office at Ennis Garda Station, by 30th September 2016. 

The awards will be held on the 8th December 2016 at the Treacy’s West County Hotel, Ennis, Co Clare.
