LOVE IS IN THE AIR

The Clare Leader Forum in partnership with the Clare Public Participation Network are delighted to invite you to join us for a gala screening of the award winning film ‘Sanctuary’.

Sanctuary has travelled the festival circuit, being screened in cinemas around Ireland while achieving critical acclaim and numerous awards. Based on the original screenplay by Galway based playwright Christian O’Reilly Sanctuary takes on the emotional and challenging topic of love. The movie moves beyond the fear, hype and politics that polarises people based upon their disability and instead aims to generate an informed social commentary through a delightfully funny, smart dialogue.

To celebrate International Day of Disabled Persons on December 3rd we are excited to share this courageous film with you. Join us in Glor Theatre from 3pm for the movie screening followed by an afternoon of discussion, music, celebration and entertainment.

Tickets are on sale from Glor Theatre Box Office at a price of €5.00 per adult, (children go free). They can be purchased by either phoning Glor directly on (065) 684 3103 or calling in to the Theatre. Alternatively tickets can be purchased at the door on the day.  Tickets include access to the post movie celebration, seasonal refreshments and entertainment.

The Clare PPN and Clare Leader Forum have arranged child care and entertainment for younger children for the duration of the movie screening. Any children availing of this facility MUST BE PREBOOKED in advance by emailing admin@clareppn.ie and providing their names, ages, and the name and contact telephone number for the person who will be responsible for them for the duration of the event.
